The Division Property Trust exists to serve God’s mission through faithful management of the land and buildings entrusted to us. From education to health, places of worship to bushland reserves, each site has a part to play in growing vibrant, faith-filled communities.
Our role is about more than development—it’s about creating and caring for spaces where ministry can thrive, lives can be changed and God can be glorified. We work in partnership with church leaders, institutions and local communities to ensure every property continues to serve its purpose: to support mission now and for generations to come.

We manage these properties with purpose: to honour God, support our institutions and create spaces where ministry can grow. As we plan for the future, we do so with care, accountability and a deep sense of responsibility—ensuring today’s decisions will support tomorrow’s mission.
To strengthen this vision, the SPD is aiming to establish a fund that directs a portion of profits from property development projects in Australia toward the development and maintenance of church-owned properties in the Pacific. These offices, clinics, schools and other facilities are vital for mission, and this fund will help ensure they remain strong, sustainable spaces for ministry.
Our aim is to offer wider property services right across Australia and New Zealand to assist conferences and local churches to release value out of their property assets.
